Attendant Console solutions must meet the Skype for Business and Skype for Business Eco-System interoperability requirements successfully to get certified for Skype for Business ISV program. They had a need for native Lync advanced attendant console solution After evaluating different systems on the market, they decided to deploy the Competella Multimedia Attendant. To be able to present mobile phone status in Lync and for integration with Exchange Calendar and Mail they also deployed some additional applications from the Competella Unified Communication Suite. Bridge Operator Console is designed to be an attendant console solution for Lync 2013 and Skype for Business. It talks with your existing Skype for Business (Lync) client, and your Microsoft Exchange Server calendars and contacts (with optional Exchange Connector) .
